This was never a mindset problem. It lives in your body. Let's listen to it.

The tightness in the chest. The "yeah, but." The flutter of dread. The eye-roll. The going-numb. Notice it and describe it.
Receiving and visibility often trigger the same alarm as earning. What comes up for you?
Calm? Wired? Braced for something? Numb? Running on fumes? There's no wrong answer.

The Origin

Where it was set

A set-point this strong was usually installed long ago. This is the tender part — take your time.

Whatever surfaces first. It's surfacing for a reason.
Scarcity or plenty? Tension or ease? What did the adults around you believe about money — and about people who had it?
Maybe someone was punished for shining. Maybe you got more than a sibling and felt guilt. Maybe success cost someone you loved. If a scene comes up, describe it.
This is the question that matters most. Part of you wants it badly — and part of you is bracing against it. What is that part afraid of? Being seen? Envy? Outgrowing people? Becoming someone you don't recognize? Let it speak.

The disguised stuckness

Your system protects the set-point with behaviors that look exactly like progress. Let's name them.

Endless researching. Perfecting before launching. Staying "busy." Learning instead of doing. Be ruthlessly honest — this is the good stuff.
No judgment at all — this tells me something important about the real pattern.
